Missed star "As a coach you must be realistic in your wishes. In other words, you have to know how much you can spend and what you cannot afford to spend. If for instance I would want to buy a great player like Zidane, I must know that this at Ajax is impossible. So far I had no regrets and it is much more of a challenge to work with generally young and unknown players to help to develop them into great players.."
